Eligibility

You need a Sawme account and must meet the minimum age in your region — at least 13, or older where local law requires. Keep your login details safe; activity on your account is your responsibility.

Your content

Your video intro, messages and calls remain yours. You grant Sawme only the permission needed to store and deliver them to the people you choose.

Community rules

No harassment, hate speech, impersonation, nudity or sexual content, or recording anyone without consent. Accounts that break these rules may be limited or removed.

Moderation and reporting

You can report or block any user from the ring screen or a chat. We review reports of objectionable content and remove violating content and the users responsible, usually within 24 hours.

Diamonds and purchases

Diamonds are optional virtual items with no cash value, bought through the App Store or Google Play. AI Smart Reply costs 20 Diamonds per use and Group Chat costs 150. One-to-one calls, private messaging and video intros require none. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law or the store requires.

Service availability

Features may change as the app develops, and calls depend on your network and device. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
